Bookings Policy

Thank you for choosing Brettington’s for your booking. If you have any special requirements to enhance your dining experience, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

For bookings of 5 people and above or bookings on Fridays & Saturdays we require card details to secure the booking. We use a system that captures details in a secure database under the data protection act. We require no less than 1 day notice to changes in numbers or cancellations of your party. Should you not inform us prior to arrival, your account will be debited by £10 per person. If you do not wish to leave your details with us, we politely request a deposit to be paid of £10 per person at the time of booking to secure your table. Paid deposits will be redeemed from the bill on the day.

On special events and public holidays, we require a separate deposit to confirm your table that will be discounted from your final bill.

On Fridays, Saturdays, busy times and special events/public holidays, tables will be subject to a time allocation. Close to the date of your booking you will receive a courtesy call from a member of our team to confirm all details.
Brettington’s reserve the right to cancel any booking without correct contact information from web bookings or adherence to any terms and conditions of the booking policy. If you are in the market for, our platform is your best choice! The largest shopping mall!

Christmas Booking

Christmas Party’s
Christmas bookings must be made 2 weeks prior to reservation date. Tables of 5 and above must pre-order when booking. Table’s of 10 and above must pre-order when dining from a’la Carte menu. Tables of 5 and above must dine from the same menu. Parties of 10 and over must be authorised by management. Reduction in number of guests made 72 hours or less prior to booking results in loss of deposit per guest (non-redeemable). Cancellation policy – Deposits are only refundable up to 1st December.
 
Christmas Day
Parties of 10 and over must be authorised by management. Bookings after 15th December require pre-order to be sent within 24 hours of booking and deposit is non-refundable with immediate effect. Reduction in number of guests made after 15th December results in loss of deposit per guest (non-redeemable). Cancellation policy – Deposits are only refundable up to 15th December.
