Here at Brettingtons Steak and Lobster House we only serve the finest food, with great, fresh ingredients. Our chefs have sourced amazing products that are produced locally.

All our sauces are freshly produced every day in house, and our cuts of beef are the finest in the U.K

Our Steaks are the Largest in Kent with a vast range of cuts and sizes to suit anyone, from our WAGYU BEEF, Rare Breed and USDA Beef

All our steaks are cooked on our Josper Grill, this grill is an enclosed charcoal fired grill, the enclosed nature of the Josper means that not only is the quality of the food is improved but the end result has an amazing oaky taste.

WAGYU BEEF

For those who know their steaks and quality, then you are in for a treat, Brettingtons Steak and Lobster House is the only restaurant in Kent that has the largest WAGYU BEEF on the menu.

Our chefs have worked closely with our supplier to ensure that we have the best WAGYU BEEF.

Keeping with the same regime that is practiced in Japan, the cattle are feed up to 4 pints per day with the occasional massage.

The meat is hung for up to 28 days, it has a high, rich buttery texture, with a melt in the mouth steak, and the process helps to produce this great marbling effect, a truly amazing steak.

RARE BREED 

Rare Breed cattle takes longer to mature, with extensive farming, the marbling this produces in the meat is full of flavours, melt in the mouth steak and well worth the wait.


USDA PRIME BLACK ANGUS
 

USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) beef is notoriously tender and juicy with a distinct flavour that is the pride and joy of the American ranchers. Grass, grain and corn fed cows which enhance the natural marbling and ensures a rush of flavour when cooked

We ship in live, fresh seasonal Lobsters daily. These Lobsters are the best in the world.

Here at Brettingtons we source our Lobsters responsibly and have a strict policy on sustainable fishing.

All our Lobsters are cooked in our Josper Oven. Whether it’s our Lobster Cocktail to our Lobster Thermidor, steamed or grilled, all our Lobsters are fresh from SHORE to DOOR!
